CANCELLATION POLICY

CONFIRMED BOOKINGS

  • A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed.
  • All accommodation a deposit of 3 nights at full daily rate will confirm the booking.
  • If cancelled or you do not arrive the deposit will be refunded if rebooked for the full period of your booking less $50 administration fee.

The balance of the Tariff is due on arrival (or such other time as stated).

The administration Fee covers the cost of processing the booking, receipting & banking the money, cancelling the booking from the system etc.

CONDITIONS OF BOOKING AND LETTING
Late check in available for Townhouses, please advise if required.

A minimum of 6 day booking is required.
We are happy to book reduced stays if they fit into the booking availability sheet.

The Tenant will be responsible for:

Any damage to the premises.

Accommodation must be left in the same condition as received or a cleaning fee will be charges.

Loss of or damage to any items in the premises including without limitation furniture, kitchen utensils, crockery, cutlery and fittings; and any damage to the Complex or loss of or damage to any item belonging to the Owners or the Body Corporate, caused by or contributed to by the Tenant or any of the Tenant’s guests or invitees.

At no time during the occupancy by the Tenant shall more than the number of persons agreed to and paid for when booking may reside overnight at the premises.

The Tenant SHALL NOT bring animals or pets on to the premises except as provided in the Guide Dogs Act 1972.

The premises must be vacated if, after receiving a warning, any occupant of the premises breaches any of the By-Laws or fails to comply with any reasonable direction of the owner - in such circumstances no refund will be made with respect to any accommodation charges paid for any period beyond such eviction date.

Neither the Body Corporate nor the owner of the premises is liable for damage to or loss of property, which the Tenant, any occupant of the premises or any of their guests or invitees may bring on to or leave on the premises of the Complex.
